Did you receive a damaged delivery? In that case, we kindly ask you to make a freight complaint. This needs to be done in writing within 5 working days of receiving a faulty delivery by filling out the form below.
Please note that only a fully completed form is registered as a freight complaint. This means that all essential information and pictures of both damaged package(s) and product(s) are compulsory to prove a transport damage. If the damage was noticed upon arrival and a note of exceptions is signed on the delivery receipt, please also add the receipt as a separate attachment.
We will handle all complaints as soon as possible.
