Submit a warranty service request for your Rex Nordic or Airrex product

Warranty Information

  • 2+1 Year Warranty

    All Rex Nordic products include a standard 2-year warranty. By registering your device, you will receive one additional year of warranty coverage — for a total of three years.

  • Spare Parts

    Parts can be ordered from our warehouses in Finland and Germany, as well as through our retailers and online shop.

  • Maintenance Service

    We provide a maintenance service where a technician can visit your premises for repairs or servicing to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Before Submitting a Claim

Please have the following information ready:
Product model (e.g., AH-800i, HP-19, REX14000)
Serial number (found on the rating plate of your device)
Date of purchase and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Description of the issue — what happened, when it started, and any error codes displayed
Photos of the device and the issue (if applicable)

Warranty claim form

Use this form to request warranty service for your device. Please complete all required fields carefully so we can process your request as quickly as possible. Be sure to attach your proof of purchase and any relevant supporting documents.

Attachments: Please email your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and any supporting photos to service@rexnordic.com referencing the same order or serial number you entered above.
