Rex Nordic Group has sold its Rexener hot tub business to the Dutch company HOTTUBSelect, the largest hot tub dealer in Europe. The sale includes Rexener hot tubs, water heaters, and associated maintenance and installation services.

hot tubs at an increasing pace. Together, HOTTUBSelect and Rexener will form an even stronger player in the European market, says Markus Ström, CEO of Rex Nordic Group.
– This transaction strengthens our position in the market and enables us to provide even broader services to our customers throughout Europe. The production, warehousing, and logistics for Rexener hot tubs will be transferred from Finland to the Netherlands within the next two weeks. Rex Nordic Group will continue to handle maintenance services for Rexener hot tubs in the Nordic countries to ensure high-quality and comprehensive after-sales support for customers.
Rex Nordic Group will focus now even more on products designed for corporate customers. Rex Nordic is currently Europe’s leading supplier of mobile heaters and coolers. Additionally, the company offers products such as e-Generators, which serve as replacements for fossil fuel-powered generators.
The operational responsibility for the business transfers to the HOTTUBSelect’s sister company Rexener B.V. as of today, December 3, 2024.
