How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Heaters ship on a pallet; accessories and parts ship as parcels.

Who delivers my order, and how fast?

US orders ship from our Denver, CO and Detroit, MI warehouses; Canadian orders from Calgary, AB and Toronto, ON. Most orders arrive in 1–5 business days. Pallet deliveries are curbside and the carrier calls ahead to schedule.

Do I pay sales tax?

United States: sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state. Canada: GST/HST (and PST where applicable) is calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the shipment is booked.

What if the delivery is damaged?

Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and report it within 5 business days via our freight-complaint form.
