Rexener hot tubs sold to Europe's largest hot tub dealer

Rex Nordic Group has divested its Rexener hot tub division to HOTTUBSelect, Europe's largest hot tub dealer based in the Netherlands. The transaction encompasses Rexener hot tubs, water heaters, and maintenance and installation services.

Operational details
Manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations will relocate from Finland to the Netherlands within two weeks. Rex Nordic will maintain responsibility for Rexener maintenance services in Nordic countries to sustain customer support quality.
The business transfer to Rexener B.V., HOTTUBSelect's sister company, became effective 3 December 2024.
Strategic shift
Rex Nordic Group intends to concentrate resources on corporate-focused product lines. The company currently leads Europe in mobile heating and cooling solutions and manufactures e-Generators as fossil fuel alternatives.
