Seller

Products in the Canadian store are sold by Rex Nordic Corp., Calgary, AB and Toronto, ON.

Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in CAD. Applicable GST/HST (and PST where applicable) is calculated and shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept the card and wallet methods listed at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay). Payment is captured when the order ships.

Shipping & delivery

Orders ship from our Calgary, AB and Toronto, ON warehouses. Typical delivery is 1–5 business days. Pallet freight is curbside delivery and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. Risk of loss transfers on delivery.

Inspection & freight damage

Inspect your order on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and report it within 5 business days via our freight-complaint form.

Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is at the buyer’s cost unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
