Freight complaint — Damaged delivery

Did you receive a damaged delivery? In that case, we kindly ask you to make a freight complaint. This needs to be done in writing within 5 working days of receiving a faulty delivery by filling out the form below.

Please note that only a fully completed form is registered as a freight complaint. This means that all essential information and pictures of both damaged package(s) and product(s) are compulsory to prove a transport damage. For product defects unrelated to shipping, use the Reclamation form instead.

Required photos: Please email up to 4 photos of damaged package(s), 4 photos of damaged product(s) from different angles, and any signed delivery receipt with exception notation to service@rexnordic.com referencing the order number above. A freight complaint is only registered when all photos and information are received.
